改革开放40年来,大量农民进城务工,为社会经济发展作出了重要贡献。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史起点上,我国社会主要矛盾发生了变化,提高进城务工女性群体幸福指数具有重要现实意义。通过对进城务工女性社会幸福指数情况进行数据调查,并在习近平民生幸福观视域下,从经济维度、社会维度、心理维度探讨影响进城务工女性幸福指数的因素,可针对性地提出如下几点提高进城务工女性幸福指数的对策、建议:改革户籍制度;加大政府社会保障;关注进城务工女性心理健康状况;通过开展社区、工会和妇联工作,提升进城务工女性综合素质。

Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,a large number of farmers have moved into cities to work,it has made important contributions to social and economic development. At the historical starting point of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era,major social contradictions in China have changed. It is of great practical significance to improve the happiness index of the female migrant workers in cities. With the investigation of the happiness index of women migrant workers in cities,this paper attempts to explore some specific measures to improve this index from three dimensions: economic dimension; social dimension; psychological dimension. Some countermeasure and suggestions are put forward to reform the household registration system: to increase the social security of the government,to pay attention to mental health,to carry out the work of community trade unions and women's federations,and to improve the comprehensive quality.
